Gravity acquires Nurture – A Digital-As-A-Service Agency – to further strengthen its digital transformation capabilities
The Board of Gravity Global has confirmed the successful acquisition of Nurture, a digital agency with a team of 97 employees in London and Poland. It is the latest in a series of acquisitions completed by Gravity in recent months as part of a growth strategy both in the UK and internationally.
Nurture creates world-class customer-centric digital experiences across a full spectrum of MarTech platforms. The acquisition accelerates Gravity’s digital capabilities and competitiveness. Nurture has deep category knowledge and expertise in key sectors and a fast-growing list of global clients – notably in Financial Services, Healthcare and Professional Services – complementing Gravity’s recent acquisitions in Performance Marketing and Tech Enabled Demand Generation. Nurture will also support the Group’s acknowledged expertise in other markets including Technology, Aerospace, Automotive and Travel.

Nurture will rebrand to ‘Gravity Global – Digital as a Service’ by the end of the year.
