September 23, 2024 – Houston, TX – Today, full-service agency Gravity Global announces that it has hired Neil Domanovic as Director of Analytics and Josephine Son as Group Account Director.
In his role, Domanovic will lead the analytics arm for Gravity Global, guiding the strategy, development, and execution of the agency’s data infrastructure, including modeling and insights. Meanwhile, Josephine will oversee account management for a number of clients including MidFirst Bank and BlueScope. Domanovic and Son will report to Executive Vice President of Media and Research Kyle Allen and Head of Account Management Lisa DePoy, respectively.

Prior to joining Gravity Global, Domanovic served as Senior Manager of Corporate Marketing Business Insights and Analytics at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Son previously held the position of SVP, Account Director at RealChemistry’s 21GRAMS.
Domanovic and Son begin in their roles immediately. These hires come on the heels of Gravity Global welcoming Laura Forester as Director of Strategic Planning and Head of US Brand Strategy, marking continued growth and expansion for the agency and its capabilities.
