Gravity Global is the world’s most awarded, B2B communications agency. Headquartered in London and with offices across the UK we are growing fast and are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support our friendly team based in Norwich.
We’re looking for another talented Data Analyst to join our Data & Insight team, with the chance to work on exciting and complex digital marketing projects for national and global brands. You will utilise your proven analytical skills to provide clear, effective recommendations for campaign strategies to help achieve client objectives.
You will be able to provide insight to clients and agency colleagues by studying data (for example via Google Analytics) and researching online trends and competitors to identify areas of opportunity and weakness within a client’s online presence, whether that be search visibility, paid media, email marketing or a number of other areas of opportunity. You’ll also compile accurate and insightful performance reports using a wide variety of tools, including Google Anayltics, Google Ads and Data Studio – providing consultancy to internal and client stakeholders to help them understand complex performance metrics and trends.
You will learn how to devise and implement robust digital tracking solutions, using Google Tag Manager, Analytics platforms and even how to write custom functions in order to effectively track and record online user behaviour.
You will be passionate about providing the best service possible to clients, and ensure that the agency remains at the cutting edge of digital marketing by researching and implementing new techniques, providing insight into new areas of opportunity for campaign analysis and keeping abreast of the latest news and concepts within the digital marketing community.
