Account Strategist

Overview of role

Gravity Global is the world’s most awarded, B2B communications agency. Headquartered in London and with offices across the UK we are growing fast and are looking for an experienced Account Strategist to support our friendly team based in Norwich.

You will be the main point of contact between the client and our internal delivery teams (Paid Digital, SEO, CRO, Data, Content Marketing and Digital PR) to deliver best-in-market digital strategies to achieve client business goals and contribute towards the commercial goals of our agency (on-time- on-budget).

Your background could be in digital marketing strategy, either in an agency or in-house, you could also come from a client services or marketing project management background – either way you will be excellent at account management/client services, have an eye for opportunity spotting with great attention to detail, and you’ll ideally have experience in delivering integrated digital marketing campaigns – from brief to completion.

Key responsibilities

  • Client focused with commercial acumen - you will have client service and relationship management skills - from going above and beyond to managing expectations. You must be skilled in effective and persuasive communication and reading between the lines
  • Analytical with common sense and focus - you'll face new and exciting challenges every day. We need someone who loves solving problems, backing them up with data/credible sources of course!)
  • Highly organised/plans ahead for success - we work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment. We need someone who loves that every day is different and enjoys the new challenges that arise day-to-day
  • Agile and cool under pressure - you’ll thrive in a fast paced and busy setting - juggling the ever-changing needs of your client(s). From day to day client communications to managing delivery team recommendations that align to strategy and business objectives - it can be tough but you’ll end each day satisfied with what you’ve achieved! Thriving in a busy setting is a must in agency life

Experience / skills required

  • Hands-on experience across digital marketing channels - PPC, Social and Digital PR would be ideal
  • Experience in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Commercial understanding

  • We are all currently working remotely, however in a post pandemic world we are happy to consider candidates who wish to work a mix of working in the office and remote working
