Account Manager (Lead Generation)

Overview of role

Gravity Global is the world’s most awarded, B2B communications agency. Headquartered in London and with offices across the UK we are growing fast and are looking for an experienced Account Manager to support our friendly team based in London.

We are looking for an individual to manage lead generation and brand awareness campaigns development from inception: briefing, strategy, messaging (supported by the AD and Planners), right through to implementation (creative, content) delivery, activation and reporting.

This is a great role for someone who likes to see things through – who can bring energy to delivery, has an eye for opportunity and a knack for problem solving.

You’ll be part of a rapidly growing team working on our lead generation focussed accounts. Working in partnership with our digital strategy and activation specialists, you’ll be responsible for making campaigns real, helping develop and deliver programmes of activity from strategy to reporting.

You’ll be an energetic, knowledgeable self-starter – in this role you’ll have a great deal of autonomy, working with our Digital Activation specialist, our group agencies and developing direct relationships with our clients.

Experience / skills required

  • Know your digital lead generation onions. Tactics, platforms, approaches, driving effective outcomes and be able to prove it through your clients’ successes
  • Collaborative and full of ideas, comfortable working in team where we share, challenge and think together
  • Great empathy and communication skills – both in agency and with clients to help develop knowledge and understanding and bring them on the journey
  • Have excellent project manager skills with an eye for detail, accuracy, quality and timings
  • Have impeccable client management skills and confidence in communicating with clients both verbally and in written form
  • Have experience in the management and production of global digital marketing campaigns with direct lead generation campaign experience
  • Financial confidence - Are able and comfortable with raising estimates/quotes and reconciliations
  • Are comfortable briefing creatives as well as critiquing and giving feedback (with ideas if needed) on their work
  • Are proficient at writing creative briefs and confident at writing internal and external communication
  • Are confident and proactive, you like to take the initiative and you are happy and comfortable to share your opinions and ideas - this is not a role for a timid/shy individual
  • Proficient in major Microsoft packages, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Providing on the job training support for your team as well as opportunities for formal development and learning
