Account Executive

We’re looking for a highly organised and methodical individual to join our ever-growing agency as an Account Executive. This is an exciting new role created due to expansion and will be working to support one of our Associate Directors, with a focus on Media. You will be supporting her, and the immediate team, in exciting and innovative sectors such as aerospace and tourism.

• Gathering data as requested and populating into desired output e.g. deck and/or spreadsheets
• Report generation and campaign analysis
• Day to day administration on behalf of the Director and immediate team
• Booking meetings, video calls and other associated admin tasks
• Accurately following internal financial processes which will include familiarisation with overseas transactions and multiple currencies
• Compiling status and contact reports
• Communicating effectively with key clients at all levels, giving them confidence in your abilities and an understanding of the work required
• Relationship building and regular liaison with suppliers, including media houses
• Be a key point of contact for clients on day to day matters

• Agency experience is desirable but not essential. We will consider applicants without marketing or advertising experience if they can demonstrate a clear passion and keen interest in our sector
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Confident in dealing with a variety of stakeholders both internally and at Client / supplier level
• Strong and methodical approach to administration
• Good knowledge of basic Microsoft programmes; especially Excel and Powerpoint
