With Brazilian and Italian background, plus American Citizenship, Renata is perfectly aligned with the company's global approach.

With over 25 years of experience, Renata has been a global creative lead and chief creative officer at the major companies in Latin America, and the US, with diverse expertise in packaged goods, finance, beauty, cars, technology, and health and wellness. She has worked with clients like P&G, Unilever, Johnson's, Merck, SC Johnson, Pfizer, IBM, L'Oreal, Pantene, Cover Girl, Nestlé, Gerber, San Pellegrino, Ambev-InBev, Perrier, Ford, Volkswagen, Movistar, among others. She has won Cannes Lions, Clio's, D&AD, Effie's, One Show, and New York Festivals, having also had the opportunity to participate in these awards as a jury member and a jury president.
Renata is an avid reader, a writer and short story writer, who likes to cook Italian and Brazilian food. A family person, Renata also loves to stay home and just watch old and new TV shows, as well as films. She has had a lab for 14 years and is getting ready to have a new puppy soon.
